Data Controller
Steinbukken AS (registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises) is the data controller for personal data collected via teamharaldsen.com. Contact person: Joachim Haraldsen, joachim@noobwork.no.
What We Collect
We collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), age, fitness goals, fitness level, and contact preference. Fitness goals and fitness level are considered health-related data under GDPR Article 9.
Why We Collect It
We use your information to (1) register you with Team Haraldsen, (2) match you with a suitable coach, and (3) contact you about your membership. We do not use your data for third-party marketing.
Lawful Basis
For general personal data (name, email, phone, age, contact preference): consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). For health-related data (fitness goals, fitness level): explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)). You give consent by checking the privacy box in the signup form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Sub-processors and Data Transfers
Your data is stored in Convex (Convex, Inc., USA) under their Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with the EU. Confirmation emails are sent via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). The website is hosted on Vercel (Vercel, Inc., USA). All sub-processors are subject to GDPR-compatible data processing agreements.
Retention Period
Waitlist data is automatically deleted 6 months after signup, unless you become an active member. Active members retain their data for the duration of their membership. You can request deletion at any time.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw consent — without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. To exercise your rights, contact joachim@noobwork.no. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
